This is why we have fashioned a menu which encourages guests to compare and contrast different styles through our exciting ‘flight concept’.

With a touch of imagination, you can effectively create your own ‘flight’ – a gourmet tasting journey from beginning to end, with one (or several) stopovers in between! As with all tasting tours, as you travel along, you will encounter different regions with their own distinctive styles and flavours. Served all together, the sample size portions of different varieties allow you to effectively evaluate and experiment. After all, variety is the spice of life! Our flights include food, wines, single malts, boutique beers and coffees.

However, if you are feeling a little less adventurous, we also offer a fantastic selection of individual dining dishes and light bites, over 30 wines by glass, over 300 by bottle, over 15 single malt whiskies by glass, and many more non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
